DOSAGE: PEP-KID is given either just prior to feeding or afterwards, if your baby appears to be distressed by hiccups, colic, stomach cramps, gas or teething. May be taken directly or mixed in water or juice, up to 6 times in 24 hours.

For babies under 1 month of age - use ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) up to 4 times in 24 hours.

For infants 1 to 6 months of age - use 1 teaspoon (5 ml) up to 6 times in 24 hours.

For children 6 months of age and older - use 2 teaspoons (10 ml) up to 6 times in 24 hours.

Refrigeration is not required. Discard 6 weeks after opening the bottle. 

INGREDIENTS:

Sodium bicarbonate: It is used in an aqueous solution as an antacid taken orally to treat acid indigestion and heartburn.

Mentha sylvestris:  It is used for colic, cramps, dyspepsia, spastic colon, flatulence and nausea.

Feniculam vulgery: It is a stimulant, aromatic, carminative and stomachic. It is usually given as dill water, which is very good for children’s flatulence or disordered digestion. Amongst its other properties, Dill is known for acting as an antibacterial and antispasmodic agent and as a diuretic. However, its main purpose is for calming the digestive system.  The essential oil found in Dill assists in relieving intestinal spasms and griping so it can be found in many gripe water mixtures and for those suffering from colds and other such related ailments, dill is often added to cold and flu remedies.
